C & D Metal Alloy Anneal System
The P7000 Alloy Systems are a multi-hotplate track system for the need of metal alloying. These systems are used in processing 50mm-200mm GaAs and InP wafers. This offers a more effecitent alternative to the RTA with twice the throughput.
